Up to 50 Refugees Found Dead in Truck Near Hungarian Border

Up to 50 refugees suffocated and died in the back of a truck that was found near the Hungarian border. German Chancellor Angela Merkel called upon European Union leaders for immediate action to alleviate the migrant crisis.
