Chinese pensioner shows off award-winning pole dancing skills

An impressive video has emerged from China of a pensioner's amazing pole dancing skills. The 69-year-old woman has recently won gold in a national contest and says she aims to continue dancing until her eighties.
The inspiring footage, filmed during a class in Sichuan Province last week, shows Ms Dai showing off challenging positions and doing stretch training with newcomers.
According to local reports the star - Ms Dai - has been learning for four years to get to her current proficiency level and is turning 70 in two months.
