Underground explosion rocks downtown Los Angeles

An electric generator explosion shook a 19-story downtown office building Thursday night, sending two people to hospitals and flooding part of the basement, authorities said.The blast occurred shortly after 10:15 p.m. under the building on Wilshire Boulevard, the Los Angeles Fire Department said.BY THE ASSOCIATED PRESS
