April 26, 2013, Klang: Incumbent Klang Parliamentary representative Charles Santiago reveals voter registration practises that amounts to fraud.
There are evidence of voters being registered without their knowledge and the fear is that other people will vote in their place.
The only way to fight this, Santiago says, is for a high number of polls turnout.
