Singapore Airlines Plane Forced to Emergency Landing After Hitting Flock of Storks

This Singapore Airlines plane was forced to make an emergency landing in Istanbul because it hit a flock of storks in mid-flight and the plane received critical damage to the nose and jet engines. The storks caused a huge gash in the weatherproof protective shield covering the plane’s radar antenna and stork parts could still be seen in the fracture in the front of the plane.
