Residents lodge reports over 45 alleged phantom voters

Kampung Pandan residents have triggered the alarm bell on alleged widespread electoral fraud in the Malay enclave as they lodged police reports over 45 unknown voters found in their areas.

They are among some 300 such people found in three roads.
