And now ladies and gentlemen, it is my great honor to present you Kenneth Earl "Kenny" Burrell, the earl of jazz guitar, who with his dazzling bebop lines, low - down blues licks and pristine guitar tone will elevate us all to a state of jazz guitar nirvana. Kenny is superbly accompanied by two greats, Bob Magnusson on bass and the late Sherman Ferguson on drums on Paul Marshal's venerable "Club Date" TV show of the late 80s. This one's a Burrell original, a beautiful ballad, "Listen To The Dawn".
