Najib: BR1M to be given yearly

Bantuan Rakyat 1Malaysia is set to become a yearly giveaway, despite government predictions that Malaysia will become a high income nation, even before year 2020.

The announcement comes as Prime Minister Najib unvielved the report card for the National Transformation Program for 2012.
