The Black 505 rally in Kuala Lumpur can go on, but only if the organiser complies with the Peaceful Assembly Act says Home Minister Ahmad Zahid Hamidi.

The Act stipulates that authorities be given a 10-day notice, and obtain a written permission from the owner of the venue.

He was commenting on the rally which is planned despite the Agong's call for all to accept the results of the 13th general election.

However, Anwar says the venue of the rally in Kuala Lumpur is yet to be decided.

The Black 505 rallies which have swept across the nation since GE13 looks set to continue, with 4 other rallies lined up for June.
