Guan Eng launches 'Water Ubah' - but not everyone's amused

It's a bird that's usually found in the highlands of Sarawak but for now you'll be able to catch a giant replica floating in the waters of Penang.

Penang Chief Minister and DAP secretary-general Lim Guan Eng launched an inflatable version of his party's mascot - the hornbill - into Sungai Pinang on Saturday morning...with around one thousand supporters looking on.
