Full speech | In his speech at a 'town hall' meeting with young leaders from South East Asia at the University of Malaya, United States President Barack Obama said democracy is an ongoing process that should last beyond elections.

He also said he plans to realize the decision he made several years ago for the United States to play a bigger role in the future of Asean.
