Home Minister has too much power under POTA

Kelana Jaya MP Wong Chen believes that under the Prevention of Terrorism bill too much power is being given to the home minister as it will allow for him to declare any organization as a terrorist organization just by gazetting it.
According to him the power of the home minister should be reduced and the power to detain without trial should instead be passed to the prevention of terrorism board.
