The Book Was a Passion Project
When we visited the island, Formentera was just a footnote in guide books to Ibiza. We decided to set that straight, and spent months on the island cycling and walking over 20 kilometers a day to explore all its beaches, trails and sights.
With the help of the Tourist Board of Formentera and friendly locals we were able to find the hidden coves and beaches, get the secrets to booking accommodation during peak season, and discover the best restaurants.
