The Hoy Polloy is an eclectic indie rock band from Miami, Florida. Their name is of Greek origin -- translates into "The Masses" -- and encompasses the philosophy the project was founded upon: making music for the masses.
The four-piece rock band incorporates a wide range of genres into their music, ranging from psychedelic to hip-hop and punk to funk. The do-it-yourself musicians are just coming off their two-year anniversary, and continue to build a fan base by playing various venues across South Florida.
Members include:
K Sos - vocals, bass, saxophone, keys
Panther - drums, harmonica, guitar, backing vocals
Francisco Padilla - keys, bass
Juan Lameiro - guitar, percussion, backing vocals
