She is busy with Bajirao Mastani, and if all goes well, Deepika Padukone will star for the first time in a Hollywood film’s Bollywood adaptation. Remember we told you Dippy Baby has been roped in for Bollywood adaptation of Hollywood blockbuster The Fault In Our Stars?
Well, our little birdie tells us that Homi Adjania’s favorite heroine will play a cancer patient in the adaptation. The original had Ansel Elgort and Shailene Woodley as Augustus and Hazel in the pivotal roles, while Homi’s Bollywood adaptation will be dealing with the same topic, but with added sense of humor.
While we dunno who will play her Augustus, the much more positive terminally ill patient of this unlikely couple, but rumors of Varun Dhawan being cast are being bounced around.
