Jason Pak, an Arlington, Va.-based Boeing Government Operations employee, is a double amputee: He lost both legs, and a couple fingers, on Dec. 12, 2012, when he stepped on a land mine during his first deployment to Afghanistan. He’s also a cycling enthusiast who rides a handcycle in marathons and cycling events like the U.S. Air Force Association Cycling Classic.
