Balloons or ? Sept 01 2007

These are probably just balloons BUT how did they stay in formation like this?

I tried to video tape this strange thing but could not find them in the SMALL viewfinder while taping this! When I watched these through the binoculars, they looked like THREE SILVER ROUND SPHERES but I COULD NOT SEE HOW THEY STAYED TOGETHER! How did these stay in formation? I could NOT SEE anything attaching them together. When I reviewed the video, I found that I did capture several frames of them after all!
About 44 SECONDS into this video, you will understand why I am confused on HOW these stayed in formation like they did.
I extracted several snapshot still images from the 7 minute video and compiled them into this video.
All I know is that there were THREE SILVER SPHERES that stayed together in FORMATION and I could NOT see what was holding them together via the binoculars, or on the images from this the video.

I've taped some strange balloons before - or what I believe are balloons but I am really stumped on this one!
