Venkaiah brushes aside Lalitgate

Despite Rajasthan Chief Minister Vasundhara Raje admits to signing a secret testimony backing Enforcement Directorate-accused Lalit Modis stay in the UK, government today appeared to be willing to brazen out. Trying to brush aside the Lalitgate controversy, Parliamentary Affairs Minister M Venkaiah Naidu said that there is no corruption in the government. Naidu said that the Narendra Modi government is working in the most honest and transparent manner. "As far as party is concerned everything is happening positively," he said as reporters sought to know BJP leadership's stand on the raging row.
