Belgium mulls how to 'de-radicalise' returning jihadists

Belgium is the European country with the highest number of citizens leaving for Syria and Iraq to fight jihad, proportionally to its population. Fear over new attacks at home has led to a repressive response from Belgian authorities when these citizens return. But some argue that punishment isn't the way forward. Our correspondent Kattalin Landaburu has been to meet some of the people taking a different approach.
