Gulfaam, prince of Gauharnaab falls in love with witch Asbela, ruler of Marjaan. When he finds her body turning to stone he
sacrifices his royal crown for her safety. Upon entering the witch's lair, he discovers Asbela and her lover Bargavaan's truth. As Asbela wears the crown, Gauharnaab turns into a desert and its people become cursed merfolk forever. Slowly turning to stone himself, Gulfaam pleads to Sinbad for help. When Asbela discovers prisoner Yaakub Imrozi, prince of Sadaf divulging her mortal secret to Sinbad, she traps him. During the full moon, the evil couple prepare their sarcifice but Sinbad foils their plan and restores order in Gauharnaab.
