Lil' Mo (born Cynthia Loving on 1978 in Long Island, New York) is an R&B singer and songwriter. She is best known for collaborating with artists such as Ja Rule, Missy Elliott, and Fabolous, and for her hit single "Superwoman Pt. II".
Under her independent label "Honeychild Entertainment" Lil' Mo will finally release a new album. Pain & Paper is currently planned to be released in the first or second quarter of 2007, with production from Chucky Thompson and Missy Elliott. Along with recording her new album, Lil' Mo, together with Faith Evans, Fantasia, and R&B-turned-gospel singer Coko (of SWV fame), appeared on the remake of The Clark Sisters' "Endow Me"[3] from Coko's gospel album Grateful, released October 31, 2006. Lil' Mo's Pain & Paper will be released on August 28, 2007. The first single off the album will be "Sometimes" (featuring Jim Jones).

He is best know by his stage name, Jim Jones. Jones is an original member of The Diplomats, also known as Dipset, and also for the hit single We Fly High, and its accompanying catchphrase, "Ballin!". He is Co-CEO of Diplomat Records and is director of A&R for Warner Music Group. He has recently set up his own record label called Byrd Gang Records, through Asylum Records and will be releasing projects by the late Stack Bundles and Max B.
