4 cup basen (Gram Flour)
Salt 2 tsp level
Red chilli powder 2 tsp level
White Zeera 2 tbsp
Water 1 cup
3 or 4 cup oil for frying
Method
Heat up the oil at medium flame
Before frying, put a drop and check if the mixture floats on top
Don't stir in the start when they are slightly fried, then start stiring
You can adjust the flame later according to your preference
Strain and store in air tight jar
