After Sinbad returns with both diamonds, he finds out that princess Talat Ara is losing her vision. When Qehermaan's henchmen inform him of Sinbad's return, his mistress witch Zubeidaa uses black magic to create Hafiz, a loyal henchman. When royal doctors require the juice of golden leaves to cure the princess, no one comes forward to help. Sinbad bravely decides to travel to fairyland Nigaristaan and ask its human-hating ruler King Miraz for help. In the marketplace, Hafiz tricks Sinbad and takes him to Qehermaan's lair. After severe torture, Sinbad and party use trickery to defeat Qehermaan and sail away from the island.
Sinbad makes a detour to Mehrabaad Fort where he learns that dacoit Gufraan wants to murder the royal family and usurp the throne. When Sinbad finds Gufraan torturing loyal minister Mansoor about prince Jalal's whereabouts, he discovers that Mansoor has him in courtesan Gulroo's care. Sinbad delivers Mansoor's message to clergyman Tabrez who vows to expose Gufraan but by then Gufraan kidnaps the Shah and his queen. After Sinbad helps Jalal escape from Gulroo's care, Gufraan catches up and kidnaps the entire royal family. When Shah Khurram learns that Gufraan is his stepson Nauman he despairs but to no avail. Gufraan frames all loyal nobles and 'mercenary' Sinbad as the true criminals but with divine help Sinbad frees the royal family and unmasks Gufraan who is killed by his mother, the Queen. En route to Nigaaristaan, Sinbad finds giant Jaarus trying to force fairy-princess Rukhsaar of Nigaaristaan to marry him. Sinbad uses the rays of an enchanted diamond to melt the boulder Rukhsaar is caged in and kills Jaarus. In Nigaristaan, Sinbad's clone Badrous replaces him and tries to steal the golden leaves however Rukhsaar recognizes the impostor. Sinbad fights Badrous, defeats him, and leaves for Baghdad. Royal physicians use the juice of the golden leaves and restore princess Talat Ara's vision. When fairy-king of Nigaaristaan returns a mute Badrous to Qehermaan, he kills him thinking it is Sinbad.
