Aamir Khan In Legal Trouble For Using Emblem In Satyamev Jayate

In fresh trouble for Aamir Khan, an activist has issued a legal notice to the actor and directors and producers of television show Satyamev Jayate for using India’s national emblem without any permission or sanction from the government.

The contention of activist Manoranjan Roy is that the show’s title can’t be used by anybody, either in any logo or by way of a title without prior permission from the Union Government.

The notice also states that emblem is the national pride and it could be used by the authorities or persons as prescribe by the State Emblem Of India Act 2009 or with due permission from the Central Government.

This is not the first time, Mr. Perfectionist has landed in trouble, remember when he spoke for the right of the LGBT community? That’s it…wonder what Aamir plans to do now?
