Let's wait what government does: Capt Kalia's mother

After government today reversed its earlier stand, and said it could approach the International Court ofJustice (ICJ) against the brutal torture of Kargil martyr Captain Saurabh Kalia by Pakistan in view of the "exceptional circumstances" of the case, Captain Kalia's mother speaking to TIMES NOW asks as to why there has been no action for 16 years, also says they would wait and watch what the government does now over the issue.
