Warning: Using signal jammers a poll offense

MANILA - With 18 days to go before the polls, Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas and Comelec Chairman Sixto Brillantes presented samples of cellphone signal jammers that could be used to disrupt the transmission of election results.
