BPOs, exporters still hurt by strong peso

MANILA -- Business process outsourcing companies and exporters are thankful for the steps the Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas has taken to weaken the peso this year. But they said they're still hurting from last year's 7% gain which has made them more expensive than their competitors in other countries.
