De Villa: 30 ballot boxes opened cleared of discrepancies

MANILA, Philippines -- Commission on Elections (Comelec) Random Manual Audit Committee head Tita de Villa said they are in the process of opening 155 ballot boxes from precincts with discrepancies between the electronic and manual tallies.
