MANILA - Darryl Shy of "The Voice of the Philippines" appeared on "Umagang Kay Ganda" on Monday. Warming the gloomy weather across the country, the 44-year-old indie music producer from Baguio performed Basil Valdez's "Tuwing Umuulan at Kapiling Ka."
