Manila's Lagusnilad still filled with floods

MANILA -- The Lagusnilad underpass in Manila is still impassable to all types of vehicles because of floods.

The Metropolitan Manila Development Authority (MMDA) said it was using four vacuum pumps to remove the floods from the underpass.

The MMDA said it may take the whole day before the underpass is finally cleared. -- report from Noel Alamar, dzMM
