MNLF men to be transferred to San Ramon Penal Farm

MANILA -- Interior and Local Government Secretary Mar Roxas on Friday said members of the Moro National Liberation Front (MNLF)-Nur Misuari faction who have surrendered and have been captured are set to be transferred to a different prison.
