Coconut Almond Granola

Ingredients:
-3 cups Oats (gluten-free)
-1/2 cup shredded Coconut (sweetened)
-1/2 cup sliced Almonds (or any type of nut)
-1/4 teaspoon salt
-1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

-2 tablespoons olive oil
-1/4 agave nectar or maple syrup (Can purchase the blend at Trader Joes)
-1 egg white (Can leave out if vegan!)
