Matapos ang mahigit isang taon, tapos na ang imbestigasyon kaugnay kung meron pong sabwatan kaya sumipa ng higit sa apat na piso ang singil sa kuryente noong December 2013. Pero ito po'y hindi maaaring ilabas sa publiko dahil ito'y kailangan pang busisiin ng Energy Regulatory Commission (ERC).
