ER Ejercito: I'm forever Laguna governor

Laguna Governor ER Ejercito defied Commission on Elections (Comelec) and refused to step down from his post. Comelec will sue Ejercito if he will not step down from his post. Meanwhile Vice Governor Ramil Hernandez took his oath as the new governor of Laguna.
