DOH: Mother of 'taped-mouth' baby drops charges, settles

The Department of Heath at Central Visayas said that they received a copy of the settlement between the mother of "taped" infant and Cebu Puericulture Center and Maternity House, Inc. In exchange, financial aid shall be granted to the victim's family.
