Isko, trucker group leader trade barbs over ban

Manila Vice Mayor Isko Moreno and Alberto Suansing, representative of the truckers, had an argument in the Senate. According to Moreno, the daytime truck ban of Manila should not be blamed about the congestion of the container vans in the ports.
