Pagpapalit ng plaka, walang pakinabang sa taumbayan

Ginisa kanina ng mga senador ang mga opisyal ng Department of Transportation and Communications (DOTC) at Land Trasnportation Office (LTO). Dahil ito sa programang palitan ang lahat ng plaka ng mga sasakyan sa bansa. Duda kasi ang ilang senador na dagdag-gastos lamang ito sa mga motorista at hindi naman napapakinabangan ng publiko.
