Here are the ingredients to prepare your healthy Vegan Bhurji :-


- 2 Onions (finely chopped)

- Salt to Taste

- 2 Green Chillies

- 1 Cup Red, Yellow, Green Bell Peppers

- 3 Spring Onions

- 1 Firm Tofu (mashed)

- 1/2 tsp Turmeric Powder

- 1 tbsp Cashew Cream
