Maserati driver claims self-defense

Joseph Russell Ingco agreed to be interviewed exclusively by ABS-CBN, the businessman pointed out to be the suspect of beating and dragging an MMDA traffic constable using his sports car. Ingco insists, he is the one who was attacked first by the traffic enforcer.
