Kinasuhan na rin ng tax evasion ang supplier ng umano'y overpriced na birthday cakes para sa mga senior citizen ng Makati City. Batay sa reklamo ng Bureau of Internal Revenue, higit P46 milyon ang buwis na hinahabol ng gobyerno.
