Passengers won't get P52M fine slapped on Cebu Pacific

The P52 million fine implemented by the aviation authorities to Cebu Pacific will not go to the passengers, instead it will be given to the government. A lawmaker wants to hasten the compensation process for the passengers who were affected by the delayed or cancelled flights by the said carrier.
