MLA's car mows down biker

Goa MLA Subhash Phaldesai's car reportedly mowed down a biker in Goa today morning, while the bike rider succumbed to his injuries the pillion rider has been seriously injured. Goa police has confirmed that Phaldesai was in the car when the accident happened and his driver was at the wheel. However, the police have registered a case of unnatural death as opposed to rash and negligent driving.
