Charity store thief? New Hampshire man pleads innocence after taking things from 'Finders Keepers'

A New Hampshire is in trouble after he took the name a charity store in Derry named Finders Keepers a little too literally.

Ruben Pavon admitted taking items from the front of Finders Keepers on more than one occasion, but said he did so because he thought they were free. Pavon said he took a DVD player from outside the store one day and a couple of weeks later the stuff was still there outside so he decided to go back for more.

This time Pavon took his son along as the duo helped themselves to a barbeque grill. When confronted with surveillance footage of his deeds, Pavon admitted taking things but insisted it was because he was confused by the store's name, an excuse that store owner Laura Barker just isn't buying.
