Ohio man declared dead, comes back to life 45 minutes later

An Ohio man who had been dead for more than 45 minutes beffuddled doctors when he miraculously came back to life.
Tony Yahle was pronounced dead on August 5 at Ohio's Kettering Medical Center after nearly an hour with no heartbeat and no pulse. Doctors repeatedly tried to revive the 37-year-old diesel mechanic, but to no avail.
"We looked at each other," said said Raja Nazir, Tony's cardiologist, according to an ABC News report. "We'd given him all the medicine we had in our code cart. At some point, you have to call it off."
His son Lawrence, however, refused to accept the doctors' verdict and ran down the hall to get to his father's body.
The distraught 17-year-old pointed at his lifeless father and shouted: "Dad, you're not going to die today," according to ABC News.
Within moments, his father's heart monitor began to show signs of life.
"When I looked at the electrical activity, I was surprised," said Nazir. "I thought we'd better make another effort to revive him."
The doctor gave a hanging medicine bag attached to Yahle a squeeze to restore his blood pressure and the medical team got back to work.
"Very slowly, the heart rate was picking up," continued Nazir.
Within a week, Yahle near-death experience was a thing of the past. He was doing well and resting up at home.
Was it a miracle, a stroke of luck or something else entirely? You be the judge, but Dr. Nazir seems to have his mind made up.
"I'm calling it a miracle because I've never seen anything like it," Nazir said.
