Agalia Cloud: Did mother sleep with daughter's ex-boyfriend in Lacey, Washington?

Agalia Cloud, a 36-year-old woman and former resident of Lacey, Washington, has pleaded not guilty to sleeping with a 15-year-old boy, the ex-boyfriend of her daughter. Cloud entered the plea in Thurston County Superior Court on Tuesday.
Prosecutors allege the relationship began in September 2012. The boy's mother became alarmed because her son would continue visiting Cloud's home, despite breaking up with her daughter. The boy claims he did not want to have a relationship with Cloud, but did so to help further his dance career. Cloud is a musician and performer and offered to connect the teen with talent agents, prosecutors allege.
Cloud moved to North Carolina in October 2012 but visited the boy at least four times since then, according to prosecutors. The couple met at a Holiday Inn Express, where they filmed a sex tape. Prosecutors say they have seen the sex tape and it is evidence. In addition, prosecutors claim to have a secret audio recording of Cloud in which she admits to sleeping with the boy before he turned 16. In Washington state, the age of consent is 16.
Cloud has an IMDb page, but it has since been made private. She has pleaded not guilty to four counts of third-degree child rape and one count of communication with a minor for immoral purposes.
Cloud was released on bail and must return to Washington for her trial in December. At her court appearance this week, she wore a hooded sweatshirt and sunglasses to prevent herself from being photographed.
