NYC Man Wanted For Attacking Multiple People With Hammer Shot Near Penn Station

The suspect is identified as David Baril, a Bronx man with a history of mental illness and assault cases. He is wanted for attacking four people within six hours in NYC Monday, as well as attempting to hit police as they apprehended him Wednesday morning.
