Crazed man bites off finger of fellow passenger during flight

The man, who's family claims has no history of mental health problems, went absolutely bonkers during a flight to Chongqing, China and started attacking fellow passengers. He targeted a female passenger and bit off her right index finger. The man has been arrested pending an investigation. The victim was sent to a hospital but her missing finger has yet to be found.
