The family of Bernice Youngblood, an 85-year-old woman with demeitia, is suing the nursing home in which she lives for millions of dollars in damages for "offences against dignity" after staff hired a male stripper to perform for her and other residents.

January last year son Franklin paid her a visit. While there he stumbled upon a photograph of his mother gleefully stuffing cash into the pants of a near-naked, muscular young man. She has little memory of the night.

A furious Mr Youngblood approached a staff member demanding to know the meaning of the picture. He says the man tried to snatch the evidence from him and admitted they'd hired the stripper.

The center is putting up a muscular legal defence, asserting that not only did Mrs Youngblood thoroughly enjoy the young stag's erotic dance, but a 16-member committee of residents came up with the idea themselves and approved the $250 performance fee.

As such, TomoNews believes the lawsuit to be totally without merit and the plaintiff's legal complaint to be vexatious, opportunistic and money-grubbing. Moreover, TomoNews believes Franklin Youngblood to be a bad son for poo-pooing the feelings his mother hasn't experienced in years.
