Snapchat leaked: embarrassing details of Silicon Valley bro Evan Spiegel's college life

Snapchat founder Evan Spiegel probably wishes his app was around when he was a student after misogynistic emails he sent while he was in college were leaked to Valleywag.
In one email Spiegel tells his Kappa Sigma frat bros at Stanford to "put you large kappa sigma d*** down [a woman's] throat." In another he talks about pointing lasers at fat girls. The emails contain multiple references to alcohol and substance abuse, including a reference to cocaine use by Snapchat cofounder Bobby Murphy, as well as a chronology of events that transpired during and after a party, which end with Spiegel realizing he's peed on a woman and fantasizing about urinating on a teacher's assistant.
Commenting on the emails, Techcrunch's Jordan Crook wrote that they "display the worst of the 'bro' mentality that continues to contribute to the marginalization of women in Silicon Valley."
Spiegel, now 23, sent the emails when he was a student at Stanford in 2009 and 2010.
He apologized in a statement released by a Snapchat spokesperson to the media: "I'm obviously mortified and embarrassed that my idiotic emails during my fraternity days were made public,' the statement reads. 'I have no excuse. I'm sorry I wrote them at the time and I was jerk to have written them. They in no way reflect who I am today or my views toward women.'"
