A teenager was caught on surveillance camera, plotting to sexually assault a 14-year-old girl on her way home. He pulled down her pants in front of her father just before she reached the front door. The suspect remains at large as police investigate.
The incident happened in Kaohsiung, a southern city in Taiwan, while the girl was on her way home from school. The suspect is seen in the CCTV footage placing his bicycle on his getaway route before following the girl home at around 9:30 pm.
As she approached her house at a distance of 10 meters, the assailant approached her from behind and pulled down her pants. The 14 year-old's father, who was sitting in the doorway, witnessed the entire thing. He tried but failed to catch the teen; the youngster escaping on the the bike he had waiting for him nearby.
